Room availability at a distance, control up close
The screen and side LED will light up to show, at a distance, which rooms are available or occupied. The panel displays the meeting room name, current meeting details and a schedule of future bookings. On Tap Scheduler, rooms can be booked and meetings can be extended, modified or cancelled.
Flexible installation
The included mounts make it easy to secure Tap Scheduler outside any meeting space. Tap Scheduler can be mounted to glass, mullions and walls. Integrated cable management helps keep cables hidden away and protected for a tidy and professional setup.
