Latvijas Pasts (Latvian Post) contact center provides a variety of customer service solutions, with the motto "We help customers solve situations in the postal world!" For example, postal services, customs inquiries, financial services, parcel locker services, legal customer service, and the new "Postman at Home" service.
Great thanks to Inga Migliniece, Head of the Latvijas Pasts contact center, for the tour and presentation. During the discussion session, Club members shared experiences on solutions for evaluating CC employees and measuring KPIs using the Genesys CC platform.
